This may include using aggregated or anonymized data to evaluate the effectiveness of my services, demonstrate outcomes, and guide improvements.

Participation in quizzes, reflection prompts, or surveys is voluntary, and you may choose not to answer any question. You can also withdraw consent at any time by contacting me.

When I collect personal information, I will, where appropriate, explain why I am collecting it and how I plan to use it.

Sensitive information may be sighted or collected, and is limited to any personal or service-related details that are necessary for delivering my services.

Sensitive information will only be used:

  • For the primary purpose for which it was collected eg. to complete a consulting, coaching, or mentoring service

  • For a secondary purpose directly related to the primary purpose eg. subscription to The Play Consultant mailing list

  • With your consent, or where required or authorised by law

Professional reflections, self-assessment responses, and feedback collected through quizzes, prompts, or workshops are treated as sensitive information and used only for the primary purpose of providing consultancy support, or secondary purposes with your consent, such as aggregated reporting or service improvement.

4. Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable, I will collect your personal information directly from you. In some circumstances, I may receive information from third parties (Calendly, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), and I will take reasonable steps to ensure you are made aware of any information provided in this way.

Your personal information may also be disclosed to third-party service providers only to assist in delivering my services, processing payments, or hosting files (e.g., Xero, Squarespace, Google Drive), and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Responses to quizzes, reflective prompts, and feedback may be used in aggregated or anonymized form to evaluate the effectiveness of my services, demonstrate outcomes, and guide improvements to resources and consultancy support. Individual responses will only be used to provide personalized recommendations or support, unless consent is given for another purpose.

I do not sell, trade, or share your personal information for marketing purposes unless you have opted in.

I store personal information in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
