From being on the floor as an Assistant Educator, teaching as an Early Childhood Teacher, leading as Centre Director, and in recent roles, supporting Early Learning Services across Victoria and New South Wales to strengthen programs, practice, and leadership, I’m driven to uplift quality and improve outcomes for children and the professionals who support them.
